Why I start this space

“Black-and-white photo of a man sitting at a wooden desk, writing with focus, surrounded by books and papers in a simple room.”
“Working with focus at a simple desk — because real solutions don’t need fancy setups.”

There are enough automation tools, AI platforms and business tutorials out there.
Most of them look impressive on the surface, but they don't solve the real problem: system chaos.

I start this space to teach you system thinking – not just tool usage.
Not theory, not demos – but the logic behind automations that work across different businesses and industries.

The AI Question

"Why not just let AI do everything?"

Fair question. Tools like Manus, SuperChat, and Brain Max promise to automate your entire business for $200-500+ per month. So why bother learning system thinking?

Here's what they don't tell you: AI amplifies what you already have.

If your processes are chaotic, AI will automate the chaos faster and more expensively. If you don't know what should be automated, AI will create beautiful solutions for the wrong problems.

My core business system runs on $90/month: Ghost ($31), Notion ($59), n8n (self-hosted). This foundation handles 80% of my automation needs. While others pay $500+ monthly for all-in-one AI solutions, I add tools strategically as needed – and keep control of my data.

AI doesn't fix broken processes – it just breaks them faster at premium prices.

The Daily Noise

Open LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube and you see the same pattern:
Influencers showcasing "revolutionary" n8n workflows with dozens of nodes, AI automations with endless prompts, and dashboards that look like NASA control centers.

Impressive? Yes. Practical for your business? Rarely.

That's exactly what happened to me.
I tried the fancy solutions, wasted time and money, then decided to build something that actually works: systems over chaos.

Why Me

I've been working for almost four decades across different industries.
The common thread: businesses drowning in tool chaos or missing systems entirely.
The result was always the same – wasted time, frustrated teams, missed opportunities.

I am not a developer. That's exactly why my approach works.
If I can build systems that run smoothly, so can you.

My focus isn't on coding complex automations – it's on system thinking that makes Ghost, n8n, and Notion work together seamlessly.

What This Space Teaches

This isn't about "big automation" or AI magic bullets.
It's about practical business systems using Ghost, n8n and Notion strategically.

You'll learn:

  • System thinking principles that work across industries
  • How to structure workflows that survive daily operations
  • Integration strategies that prevent tool chaos
  • AI implementation that enhances (not replaces) good systems
  • Case studies from different business types (including my music label automation)

What you won't find:

  • Ready-made templates to copy-paste
  • Complex coding tutorials
  • One-size-fits-all solutions

Why System Thinking Matters

Small businesses and freelancers don't need more tools – they need better systems.

Whether you're managing client projects, product releases, or content creation – the principles remain the same. I've applied this thinking to my music label, but the same logic works for consulting firms, e-commerce stores, or creative agencies.

AI without systems = chaos multiplied.
Tools without strategy = expensive distractions.
Systems with the right tools = business freedom.

The Bottom Line

I don't build fancy systems that look good in demos.
I build working systems that survive real business demands.

Take my music label as one example: Notion tracks releases, n8n creates Ghost posts, newsletters go out automatically. But the same system thinking applies whether you're managing clients, products, or content.

That's system thinking. That's what I teach here.
