My daily Workcases
Everything I write about, I run myself.
Here a small cut out of my daily work.
My Record Label
Goal: turn new releases into publishable content without manual copy-paste.
Flow (live):
Notion (Release DB, status = "ready")
→ n8n: build post payload from template
→ Ghost (label blog): create draft with tags, date, assets
→ Ghost newsletter system: spread it to the world
Planner & distribution:
Notion (content planner)
→ n8n: queue social posts / publish to channels
→ Notion: store permalinks & post status
Result: every new release becomes a prefilled Ghost draft; social posts are prepared from the same source.
My Distribution & Blog
Flow (live):
Notion (content DB)
→ n8n: create automated videos for social media
→ Ghost (blog): create/update drafts
Management:
- one place (Notion) for copy, assets, dates
- n8n keeps Ghost in sync and logs the final URLs back to Notion
Small daily automations
- Forms: Noteforms → Notion; optional follow-ups via n8n
- Scheduling: Calendly → Notion (meetings + notes)
- Housekeeping: n8n checks, tags, and closes loops (e.g., missing assets, overdue items)
"Your workflows will look different, but the logic is the same: map your process, identify what repeats, automate the boring parts."
Note: I’m not paid to mention any tool here. I use them because they work for me.
